Do you ship free worldwide?

Yes. We are glad to offer free shipping to most countries around the world! 

How long does shipping takes?

Orders normally take 2-3 weeks to arrive after been shipped. In most cases, our products arrive much quicker than the estimated time.
*Please allow for additional time during peak holiday periods. 

How can I track my delivery?

Once the order has been dispatched, an email confirmation will be sent to you with the tracking number. You can check and track the delivery status of your orders here.

How will I know if my order is confirmed?

After you have placed your order, you will receive an e-mail from us to confirm that your order has been received.
If you are still unable to locate your confirmation email after 24 hours, please contact us and we will be sure to resend it to you.

How do I change or edit an order after it has been placed?

If you would like to revise any information with your order, please contact us as soon as possible. 

How do I cancel my order?

You have 12 hours from ordering your item to cancel your order. After that time, we cannot guarantee that your order will be cancelled, as a production of your item may have already begun. If that is the case, your order will be sent to you and a refund will not be provided.

What do I do if I never received my order?

If you haven’t received your order within 30 days, please contact us

What is your refund policy?

Refunds are processed within 24-48 hours after you received confirmation of the cancelation. The amount of time it takes for the refund to reach your credit card or PayPal account depends on the policies of these institutions.

Damaged or incorrect product

We apologize if you had received a damaged/incorrect item from us. We are pleased to rectify our mistake and to offer you a free replacement item with the correct custom text/engraving.
Please make sure to add the following information when contacting us, so that 
we can assist you in the best possible way:
  • Your order number 
  • A photo of the item you received
  • The correct Custom Name(Text)/Engraving

I have a special request for my order. How do I do that?

You can add your special requests in the 'Special Instructions' box at the bottom of your Shopping Cart. 

How to take care of BamLina Fashion jewelry?  

  • It is recommended that you take your jewelry off when you are sleeping.
  • It is recommended that you take your jewelry off before going to swim, spa and/or take a shower. Stainless steel and chlorine are a very bad combination as the stainless steel is very sensitive to it. So make sure you remove your stainless steel jewelry before entering a chlorine pool or jacuzzi. 
  • Avoid contact with chemical substances, such as make up, hairsprays, perfumes, soaps and lotions. 
  • Avoid collision or interaction with hard objects. 
  • Avoid dampness and high temperature.
  • Do not wear your jewelry when you exercise. 
  • Clean your jewelry appropriately with a soft cloth.
  • When you are not wearing your jewelry, please store it in a jewelry box.

Taking care of your jewelry will ensure that it will continue to shine for many years to come.
