Returns, Exchanges and Refunds Policy


We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 
To start a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. 
Customers are responsible for return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable.



You have 12 hours from ordering your item to cancel your order. After that time, we cannot guarantee that your order will be cancelled, as a production of your item may have already begun. If that is the case, your order will be sent to you and a refund will not be provided. 


Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon receipt of your package and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received a wrong item, so that we can evaluate and fix the issues. 
Please note that any damage resulting from cutting package by customer with scissors will not be covered by us and the item will not be exchanged. 



Personalized items may only be exchanged (not returned) if they are defective, or if we have made an error in spelling or product. In case of an error in spelling or product, please notify us immediately and you will receive a refund of your purchase or an exchange within 15 days. Also, we will provide you a shipping label to return your item. 



We will notify you once we have received and inspected your returned items, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded by your original payment method. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. 

Exceptions to Refunds

Personalized Products

Unfortunately, personalized products are non-cancelable and non-refundable .We do not accept returns for any personalized gifts, whether purchased by you or someone else. We are not responsible for errors made in spelling submitted by the customer. Please confirm the spelling of your item before you place your order. The items that have errors due to a mistake in ordering will not be accepted for a refund or exchange.

Sale Items / Non-Returnable Items  

Sale items are not eligible for refunds. Sale items include any orders bought with promo codes, coupon codes, or sales codes. All orders that have any codes applied to the purchase will be considered as final sale and will not be approved for a refund. 

All items purchased with a gift card or store credit are not eligible for return. Gift cards purchased and store credit issued by BamLina Fashion cannot be exchanged or refunded.

All shipping charges and governmental taxes are non-refundable.
